Here are some of my observations:

-Pai has got 2, maybe 3 taunts. Dunno when you can do them, or character does it automatically.

-Old + is back Big shame, i loved new + command

- 0:23 - this is Pai's new + + . Looks nice, but its totally linear.

- + will be nice move for noobs or good stuff with delayed last palm to advanced players.

- 0:24 - propably + , i saw on one from first VF5R movies, that it will make foot crumple on CH.

- 0:29 - i think it will be + + . Totally linear juggle starter with rather small range.

- 0:32 - + + ? Small range, special mid, maybe it will have some interesting effects.

- 0:48 - new move, good range, mid, propably reanimated old + + or it's + + command.

- Senpu Enka of course 55 dmg

IMO Pai will be one of the most nerfed chars in VF5R, but in good hands she will be dangerous as usual :))

as long as she still has 2kk or whatever, shouldn't affect 85% of pai's

I'm no Pai player, but her stand alone moves and new strings make her look more entertaining to me now. Definitely more interested in trying her in this version than previous ones.

Still, her new moves are looking great from the few vids we've seen.

0:47 + makes opponent slam and propably gives gauanteed light pounce.

0:55 this is propably Pai's new evade attack, good damage, but totally linear. i think old DM + was better.

1:27 + makes 25 - 30 damage.

2:19 OMG 97 damage. In situations like this, + will be very useful. Quick move after stagger, then + and WS = lots of damage. SWEET

New Pai moves look great, but they are nothing special to me.

havent seen her 7+K+G in any vids, perhaps its been tkaing out, im not to fussed that that 6+p, k has been taken out, never worked for me, maybe properties of 6+p are better but doubtful

6+P was excellent after low throw. 6+P won't stagger and it is the biggest defect of this move.

D df+P+K is Pai's new shoulder ram move. Everything is listed.

I also didnt saw somersault kick, but im sure they didnt remove it. It always was Pai's ''trademark'' move. Just like DDT.

And the DDT is where now? Oh right, removed. That being said, I highly doubt that 7+K+G has been removed from VF5R.

i like pais new moves, she seems less and less like her father, before they just had to many similarities,

From VF4: EVO Pai and Lau are totally diffrent characters. In VF4 only diffrence was playingstyle, in VF4: EVO Pai had so many new animations (ex. simple PPPK, PPPd+K) and moves that if VF EVO would be my first VF, the only same thing i've been noticed about this two would be surname CHAN.

Well, I disagree. They've been distinctive characters from the outset, in my opinion. With the exception of having PPPK-esque strings, their movelists have been quite different, as well as their play style. VF2 Lau was a beast with modified upknife-punch rushing (df,DF+PP, repeat), VF3 introduced Lau's elbow-palm and more variety to his palms (bb+P, Pb+Pf+P, etc). While Pai relied much more on poking in and out with sidekicks, swallow kicks and her option select DDT (f,d+P). Their throws and subsequent setups were quite different as well. VF3 Pai's ff+P was a refloater and the introduction of her from crouch throw changed her style of throwing and movement. VF4 Pai was an evolution in her playstyle, I think more than 2 to 3 even. Most of this was due to the way VF4 mechanics were put in place, but she became much more interesting with Bokutai options, etc.

I personally think that they've rarely had more in common than their last name for a long while.

Im talking, if my first VF would be VF EVO, i wouldnt see many similaries about Pai and Lau.

i never said they were exactly the same, they just had alot of similair moves such as PK going into stance, rising kick that caused stagger but i think its been modified now, as well as u/b + K+G, and the punch strings mentioned before.

VF5 6+P gives stagger on hit and its excellent for big damage low throw combos. VF5R 6+P gives no stagger and hasn't got any other effect. Thats why i dont like it.

I was really hoping Pai's 6P would be a stagger of some kind but it isn't. Make me wish Pai was the way she in VF4 evo or VF5 at least or something. They take away her easy stagger moves when she is facing the enemy directly. Is her rising K a stagger like it is on PS3 or is it still a knockback move like it was in VF5 on 360. They could at least give that much at least.

Yeah crouch guard, sorry. And it causes stagger when u hit backturned crouched character (ex. after 6+P+K+G low throw)

maybe that two hit punch is the new animation for her sabaki 6-4+p,p

I finally took some time to check this out on 360 VF5 version.
It does not have anything related to crouch guard. The only time it causes stagger is off-axis neutral opponent. It only works after 6+P+K+G low throw if opponent does not press any buttons..I think (neutral versus normal hit).

Looking at VF5R Move List - some additional changes not mentioned yet..

= loses the punch command after
= command likely changed to +

Her old + and + reversals are removed. In VF5R, + and + are the new command input for her stagger reversals (previously the + and + commands.)

No, +is still same command, + is a command to Pai's new bodycheck move (i wrote about it some posts above).

+ is still in the game! SWEET
Shame to Pai inashis, it always was a big point in my playstyle. But why they didnt give Pai any low reversal? Trip Up is too hard to use in fight.

I was always fan of her inashis over her normal reversals since combos can be started right after them in many cases. more easily. The other changes have really amazed me and her wider variety of counter attack actions compared to what she had before. not having high damage reversals don't bother me as long her other moves make up for not having them.

i noticed alot of players using her from from crouch 2+4+k alot, it also seems quicker, maybe frames have changed?

I think that new string could be new animation for 64PP (i didnt see this move on any movie) and it hits high mid in my opinion.

The punch string you saw, I think is the change made to her old sabaki. (edit: agreed, Konrad)

That wall combo is a little sickening - well done. I'm not sure of the commands exactly, so pardon my ??, but essentially it's the following:

3+P+G --> 64+PP (wall stagger) --> 33,5+K (wall slam) --> 336+P --> 3+K+G? --> P --> ?+K+G? --> 66+PK

This combo imo looks this way:

3P+G -> 64PP (wall) -> 33n+K -> 33P+K(new kousoha input) -> 46K+G -> P -> 3K+G -> 66PK

i think the string must be faster as it was garanteed after d/f P+G, hope it still sabakis, i noticed she has two new punch strings, tha one and another, ive seen both in numerous vids

That new bounce move she has is it that much better then her old + bounce move because if she can do stuff like that with her new bounce move it makes me really happy to see her finally improved. That last combo was the best one though. and the basic set up for those combos weren't things any good pai player can do. Pai rocks in VF5R big time.
