Guys, since there's not gonna be a huge group, I was thinking it might be cool if we'd just rent one big apartment from thursday til monday. I know some of us are arriving on friday/leaving on sunday, so maybe not everyone wants in, or maybe you're looking for something more private, but otherwise this seems like the best option to prevent us being scattered all over the city.

This actually sounds great. If more poeple will be up for this, I can try to search for anything reasonable. But I will need to know how many people wish to use this and what is the max price we are willing to pay for it.

Apartment is looking like it's ~1000€ for 4 nights, split that through 10 people and it's ~100€ each. This is for a nice apartment though, there's probably something cheaper (but there's bound to be doublebeds if we go cheaper, so prepare yourselves mentally ). I came around one that was ~600€, but it looked a bit shabby and I have no clue about where it's located.

What's the city centre region called, Uni?

Tournament is in Prague 5, Smichov.
Center is Mala Strana, Hradcany, Stare Mesto and Nove Mesto. The last one should be close to the Venue. In terms of districts, this are Prague 1 and partially 2 as well.

Futher away, but still reasonable may be also Nusle and Podoli and maybe Karlin and Stresovice as well (last one is far form the venue but relatively close to the center)

The 1st one looks good I will say, especially given the place. Only problem I run into is they are asking full charge in advance, pay through credit card And I do not have that much on my credit card tBH

60€ seems fine for me. I can give my money to someone trought paypal if someone is willing to pay for everybody.
We should also determine the range of days we are paying for. I'm staying 3 nights but other people may stay longer or in different days.

I think booking for 4 days for 9 will be easiest way. Before we will agree how many of us will be there each day and make special booking for ach day, I am afraid the apartman should be taken already

If you people do not mind, I will book it for 4 days and then we may calculate the price for each of us based upon how long he will stay; or everyone may just pay 60, I do not mind either, Is that OK with you?
