    Ah, thank you for being specific. Special Knee is as follows...

    [2_][1][4][7][8][9][6][3][K]+[G], release [G] in 71 frames -> neutral -> [P]+[K]+[G], floats on red counter only but does 174 damage. It's also +26 on guard.
