    when i say items...i include all (hair,bags,bazooka,color of skin)

    The information on http://buga.chew.jp/vfitem/ regarding items refers to the arcade version, and not to the console version, so it won't be of any use to you.

    Given that it's not in the shop then you'll either have to acquire it via:

    1. prize match
    2. completing orb discs, or
    3. arcade tournament where the prize is an item

    There's no escaping the fact that, regardless of the method, they all require you to do the same thing -- play lots and win as much as you can.

    You can try the "balloon trick" to help speed up method 1 and 2, and 3 just happens when it happens. Good luck.
