Hey guys, so as you know, NYGX-2 is coming up August 12-14. This is going to be a huge event, and I'm just posting this to provide some updates for those who will be attending.

New Trailer:

Use the link above to register early for the singles tournament. Early Registration helps us seed the bracket more accurately and allows the tournament to start on time. If you are coming to the event, please be sure to register early. While contact info is not required, it is recommended so we can update people if anything changes.

Hardware Changes:
We will now have headphone amps available at the streaming stations. These are devices which will allow you to plug in a set of headphones at the station. While we noticed the trend of big headsets at other tournaments, we chose this option so people can bring their own headphones and feel more comfortable.
If you want to use headphones when you are on stream, bring you own pair. There are adjustable volume levels on the devices, and it will provide a cool experience all-around.

Commentary:
We are going to handle commentary differently this year, with commentators set up ahead of time so people will know to prepare materials. So far we have commentators secured, but there are still spaces to fill in. Contact me if you are interested in becoming a commentator. You will not miss out if you are commentating and you have to go up to play. We will have someone fill in for you.
