I am having problems with on of Vanessas combos its
(hold)(counter).I can do all of the move exept the .She just does a down attack when i press it.Whay should i do?

 

This isn't really a "tactics" question... it relates to how VF handles inputs under circumstance. In any case, the answer to your qustion is to hold and tap during the hold.

As in your case:
(hold )+ --> hold , then (while holding )

I'm not sure if you already got the answer but I have one trick for that move. It's true that you have to hold while doing but remember to delay .

It goes like this
hold delay

 

From my experience, it seems like another good way of doing this is as follows:

(hold ), (delay), , (roll to without going through neutral)

 

I wait until i see the is going to hit the top of your opp's head, then the move will work. You need really good timing.

Make sure that the is a counter hit or you're screwed. If it is, the rest is up to good timing.
