VF Art Thread

Hey, that Aoi cosplay is super cute!

 

I would LOVE to see a modern day 2D VF!

Until then, I guess I'll have to settle for Sega's Dengeki Bunko FIGHTING CLIMAX's Akira(FInal Boss) and Pai Chan(Support Character):

 

Did we have this one already? My apologies if so (some of the back pages slow my computer down, lol).

Here's something I've noticed in this (awesome) poster:

Notice how there seem to be a few differences in the screenshots in the bottom right. In the middle one, the painting on the left side with the Dragon and the Crescent seems to have a yellow background instead of the black one in the final game. I also have no idea which move Akira is using, as it seems to be the initial step of the SPoD, but Akira is striking with his elbow and not his palm. And I could be wrong about this, but I remember the tree in Jacky's stage right behind Shun being a bit more green (it might just be the quality of the screenshot) and I can't see the Bird perched on the rock. Maybe I'm just crazy, but does anyone else think these might be screens from an earlier version of VF2?
