    Okay, I love VF as much as the next guy, but that's just asinine.

    Akira is basically a RYU Clone. Capcom invented the look with the ripped gi, headband etc and Sega stole it.

    Just like they ripped off E-Honda to make Taka Arashi, and ripped off El Fuerte to make El Blaze. They even have the same first name, what the fuck is that?

    I'm pretty sure Jeffry is a straight copy/paste of Dee Jay too.

    Yeah hearing about Jeff ripping off Dee Jay really hit me where it hurt. Do you remember in yakuza 2 that qte minigame where Dee Jay had to catch the Satan Shark with nothing but a joint and a snorkeler?

    (For real now, I was playing Final Showdown at my local game store and two Street Fighter kiddies were watching and said something about how the game looks cool but 'I hate how they ripped off E Honda and El Fuerte')

    TBH I don't think Taka is a rip off of Honda. He's just a sumo wrestler. That's the only trait those two share.

    Would rather see something like what they did with Tekken 5 for console and it came with Tekken 1, 2, and 3.

    Just have VF 1, 2/2.1, 3/TB,4/EVO/FT, arcade perfect, that'd be awesome. Make it for PC too so there would be no need to own a shitty console too (they already have SF/GG/BB and other garbage games for PC, why not a non-Genesis VF?).

    I was talking about this just yesterday. An arcade perfect VF Anthology would be amazing.
    Just the arcade versions of VF Remix, VF2.1, 3tb and 4FT, (maybe with netplay) would be phenomenal.

    The goal has been met over two times over, I doubt there are any worries at this point. The whole game isn't going to be funded by Kickstarter money alone anyway since it's not going to be a cellphone game.

    Joking aside, this is seriously my most anticipated game ever. I loved Shenmue 1 and 2 and have been waiting for a sequel ever since. Until I saw Yu Suzuki's tweet with the forklift, I was certain we'd never see a sequel.

    How utterly brilliant is this fan made HD remaster?



    Graphically, the bar has been set for Shenmue III, but how I wouldn't love a remaster of I and II.
