VF4 Evolution Counter Attack Tables

Basically, there are 8 classes of counter attacks, based on speed of execution. In order from fastest to slowest, they are:

Throw (T) High or Low Throw guaranteed. Frame advantage required: 8 frames.
Fast P (F) Aoi, Pai and Sarah's Punch gauranteed*. Frame advantage required: 11 frames.
Medium P (M) All Characters except Wolf and Jeffry's Punch guaranteed*. Frame advantage required: 12 frames.
Slow P (S) All Characters Punch guaranteed. Frame advantage required: 13 frames.
Elbow (E) Fast attacks like Lau and Kage's Elbow guaranteed. Frame advantage required: 14 frames.
Elbow + (E+) Attacks with slightly longer execution, like middle kicks, guaranteed. Frame advantage required: 15 ~ 16 frames.
Knee (K) Basic Knee kick and similar speed attacks guaranteed. Frame advantage required: 17 frames.
Knee + (K+) Slow, powerful attacks guaranteed. Frame advantage required: 18 frames and up.

*Note about Vanessa's Punch: Vanessa's punch is basically Elbow class, but she has other attacks which allow her to Counter Attack at Fast P speed. See Vanessa section.

For each character, first that character's best attacks at each speed and P speed are listed, then that character's counterable attacks. Note that while certain attacks are recommended, those are not the only attacks guaranteed for that class.

Since DoRiMaGa has included both obvious and obscure commands in the Counter Tables, I'm led to believe these tables include all counterable attacks aside from rising attacks.
