1K vs. 2K+G

What is better out of combos?

Both are 16frames lows. Both have -14 on block.
2K+G has better frames on hit and better dmg. 2K+G looks better on a paper.

Somehow I prefer 1K over 2K+G.

Is there any advantage of 1K over 2K+G?

It isn't better on paper, it's just better. +2 on MC is a lot and is really rare. Plus the range is so much better.

If it were still half-circ, like in was long ago, then /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif would have a use... otherwise: WhyTF would you ever use /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif over /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif?
