EQUIPMENT:

Crooked Jester does have their own house sticks! However, it is recommened that you bring your own controllers or sticks because each stick has a personal feel. We also have 3 large TVs to play on. One old TV that we will probably be hosting private sessions on (if you want help learning strat, Crooked Jester and other NJ players will gladly session with you on this TV. One 48" RCA Proscan. And a 38" Sony WEGA TV that will also be outputting to my computer. Any match on the WEGA TV will be recorded and ripped to DIVX video for download on the internet depending on the quality of the match. Money Matches, First Round Challenges and Finals will definately be posted on the web. You may request to not have your videos open to the public; in which case they will be posted on a private section of this forum open only to Crooked Jester tournament regulars.

FEES:

Since the tournaments will be on console, there will be a tournament fee and house fee. We have house controllers and sticks, but you should bring your own anyways.<ul>[*]$10 for Narutimate Accel[*]$10 for Virtua Fighter 5[*]$5 for House Fee[/list]Please don't be late. If you are going to be late, call us before hand so we can hold the start till you arrive. I'm serious this time! We want to start the tournaments at 4:00 PM!

i would have come to this tournament but i have WCG qualifiers that day.

 

I thought WCG was for computer and x360 games?

 

jaxel, u do realize that ur tourney is the same day as hubbsdoctor's...

 

not any more he pushed his tournametn back a week to the 11th so the WCG people could make it.

 

I just want to remind people that the fees for this tournament have changed! This was due to many players saying the fees were too low in previous tournaments.

 

jaxel, have you made the proper date change to your tourney yet??? keep in mind that hubbsdoctor's tourney is on aug 11th. unless ur hosting urs on the 4th still...

 

No reason to change it... WCG does different games than my tournament.

not sure about this one. team is planning to attend the hubb's tourney. ITS JUST TOO MUCH DRIVING~!!! >=O

ok i decided i will come since i can't attend the wcg qualifiers following the reagionals due to college. if you can tell me how to get to your house from philly i would appreciate it. im going to be taking the train so i assume i have to take patco. if you could tell me what stop to get off at and how to get to your house from the station i would appreciate it a lot.

How long of a drive is it from philly? I get off work at 4 and I am thinking of coming down for VF5.

 

nevermind, its an 1hr 45min drive from my house. I'll see if I can come, I am really interested in playing more VF5.
