909 Labor Day Battle

Hello everyone
It's really short notice, but I have some freetime open and can host a gathering/tourney. I figured everyone will be off of work, so now is a goodtime as any to have one. It would be on September, 3rd (Friday) thru September, 6th (Monday, Labor Day). Also, I am in the process of buying ft, but can't promise anything by that date, although stranger things have been known to happen around here. Anyway, post up with thoughts etc. I'll keep you updated on the ft situation.

Yeah, it's a shame you guys can't make it out here, but it's understandable due to the short notice. Maybe if I would have saved for FT sooner it would have given you plenty of reason to make the trip, sorry about that! I am still working on saving money and I am getting closer, but $4000 for the kit is no pocket change. Wish me luck!

It was nice meeting you and your girlfriend over this weekend. I had alot of fun playing against all your characters and all the different styles you chose for each one. You kept me on my toes all night guessing and seemed to never loose stamina as we reached into the late hours of vfing, amazing! My hat is off to you sir. (salutes) I look forward to many more meetings in the future, so I can benefit from your experience. Thanks for coming out and I will talk to you very soon. Your kage is your strongest character imho.

Thankyou for coming out as well when nobody else showed. I really appreciate the fact that you took time out of your schedule (booty call) and came out to meet betabow. I can really see you have been practicing outside of my house by your preformance, good shit! Hopefully see you again soon?

No tourney here this time, because there wasn't enough entrees. Possibly not enough time given to make it here, no famous strong players, no tetsujin or ft. Well, you get the idea. Maybe next year?

Yeah, I tried contributing vf evolution ver.a for the community and it didn't go over so well. I'm gonna hold off on getting ft at the moment, because it really isn't worth it just for me or 2 other people @ $4000 USD and the fact that as soon as t5 comes out nobody here will play ft ever again. What I'd give for my own ctf crew.(runs off crying and then shakes fist at the heavens)
