A new host for VF clips..

    right now, the site owner can only host 100 megs worth of stuff, but it's possible he'll be upgrading, in which case I -might- be able to host all my movies on something speedy.

    For now, enjoy an utterly random sample of clips that happens to be mostly chibita.
