    Yeah, I didn't quite get it either. I think it just means that since the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d_.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif connects on the grounded opponent, it's probably a better option than the Knee since it recovers faster. This faster recovery means your success for a down attack (/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif) are probably much greater, maybe even guaranteed?

    Maybe noodalls can clarify what he meant originally.

    Sometimes I feel you need to be a psychic to understand some of the articles in arcadia. *My guess is noodalls is translating exactly what he reads.
