1. Hey Guest, looking for Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown content? Rest assured that the game is identical to Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown so all current resources on here such as Command Lists with frame data, Combo Lists and the Wiki still apply. However, you can expect some VF5US specific changes to come soon!

Press [K]+[G] and release [G] after 1 frame. The easiest way to do this is to barely place your finger on the edge of the [G] button and flick it off of it quicly so you barely make contact with it. This is easier on a joystick in my experiences, but exceptionally hard on a joypad. Good luck.

I never could do the knee in VF2. I pretty much passed over VF3, but finally took the time to learn the move in VF4. Not that I can use it with any kind of regularity, it's an evil move for me still, and my Akira knowledge is still basic, but I have finally gotten to where I can pull it off...sometimes ;-). A joystick is certainly recommended--that might be why I could never get it off on the Saturn ;-).

don't even try it on a ps2 gamepad

touch sensitive buttons suck for fighting games, i wish you could turn them off in options

Hey this is possible on a pad!Use [G] as triangle and circle as [K] and just quickly roll your thumb rom one to the other yeah? It'll come out if you practice but I'd seriously advise you to get a damn stick ASAP!

Any how if you're playing evo you won't mess it up if you get it wrong it'll just go to a modified knee [G]+[K].
