Any VF4 player Palo Alto CA. ?

Hi all

I am going to be in Palo Alto from October till end of November. I wonder if I will be able to find any VF4 machine or any VF4 player in Palo Alto ? Or should I have better off playing in San Francisco instead ?

Hi, welcome to Bay Area.

Actually, Palo Alto is very close to Sunnyvale, where you can drive in 10 mins. You can go to SVGL( Sunnyvale Golfland) in weekends and you will probaly see us playing VF4 Evo there.

SVGL is near the cross of Wolfe Rd. and El Camino Real, and it's on the El Camino side. Just post on this thread if you need direction in more details.

Hi, I live in Mountain View which is right next to Palo Alto, unfortunately I'm extremely busy with school and my PS2 is busted so I really don't have too much time to play. But like segaduck says, SVGL is pretty close, and maybe you could ask to join one of the gatherings that are sometimes held.

I went to the golfland like twice (weekends) and twice
I ended playing vs the CPU. There are much more people
playing SC2. SC2 looks really good too. Thinking of
picking it up.

 

Hi all , I finally arrive in mountain view last Monday.
After a week of hard working , I finally have my free time on this Sunday. I am staying in Oakwood apartment in mountain view. How can I get to golfland from there ? I would like to take the public transport like a bus or a train since I cannot drive /versus/images/icons/tongue.gif . Hope I will see some of you guys there.

I stay in oakwood mountain view too! but I read from
another post that the evo machine is gone from golfland...
and I am stuck with like 10 bucks of tokens....
