Anyone still play VF5 Vanilla online? How about VF2?

I got VF5 vanilla for $4 and wondering if anyone else still bothers to play it.

I'm going also to download VF2 and VF5:FS, but I don't know yet which one I'll get first.

Get FS everybody are playing there. VF2 is old and gold but still ... old. If you like vintage download it, otherwise fight everybody else in FS

 

Thanks! I got FS. I've got like 101 matches already, with only 3 or 4 wins, ha. I wish my ranking wouldn't go up for losing though.

I miss vanilla and would be willing to get down on some matches. I want to resurrect the old style threat stance

 

I might get back into Vanilla actually been thinking about that for some time I miss the graphics of that game

 

I still have it and can play it by appointment if anyone wants (try shoutbox holla). Gonna screw up me up though adjusting back to 3 button low throws

 

This. The Jacky and Sarah stages are actually some of my GOATs for fighting game stages.

 

The only stage i really dont like Shun's stage i dont know why but all the other stages are really well done. They took away that shiny gloss that vf5 had i guess cut on cost?

 

Funny.... VF5FS has better lighting, Detail and Shading

 

^ Yes mabie for envioraments but everything else looks kinda like clay or cookie dough to me and the character details are kinda rough around the edges, for example you can see at Lei Fei's hand in VF5 vs FS or someone's foot I see difference might be personal preference though.

 

I think they just did a different type of lighting effect in Final Showdown. I wish they kept the damage to the stages in Final Showdown though. It was nice touch.

 

True but the ground breaking thing on Lau stage was a little over done.

 

Too many cheap games on VF2. Lots of fighter exploits and broken moves.

I know the previous owner of my XBL account did because after he moved to NZ and I took over his account you joined my sessions and then just effed around. You and some dude named Evil Kyosanim - you two were super bitter. I changed his XBL tag just because I kept attracting trolls from his earlier exploits.
