    I was quite surprised to see Aoi in the top 5 most desired VF5 characters to learn! Because you guys spoke up, here's Aoi's combos from the Black Book. I don't actually know how to read/speak Japanese so translating the comments was tough and probably ripe with errors..

    1 and 2 are universal combos. 3 is for all characters but against Kage, Akira, Goh, and Lei the combo must be done in parallel stance with 1 frame delay on the low punch. 4 is for Eileen and Vanessa. 6 inflicts the most damage and can be used against lightweights and Lion, Lei, and Brad. Use 7 if 6 doesn't work, except if against Akira, Wolf, and Jeffry.

Use 42 for heavy weights. 42 is possible for Akira, Lau, Lei, and Shun but 1 frame delay needed. 43 for Brad and 1 frame delay needed for Kage, Goh, and Shun. 44 can be done on Eileen, Aoi, and Vanessa on eight stance. Works against Pai too but one frame delay needed.

    Couple of questions:

    Combos 10-13 list OM in their commands. Is that just an offensive movement with no attack out of it? I figure so, since combo 13 lists OM -> 2P, which is not a move out of OM.

    What does parallel/eight stance mean? I'm guessing closed/open stance...

    Yeah, the OM doesn't have an attack to it -- it's just a forward-sideways movement.

    Parallel = closed
    Eight = open

    I just noticed something -- there are no combos listed for a side turn crumple, which seems to have different properties than other stuns. So what do people usually do for combox after a side crumple stun?

    (I can't mess with it myself, not actually owning VF5 -- I just leech from other people.)

Or the turning around is necessary to induce a delay in order to make the combo connecting?

    In case anyone's interested, that isn't limited to those combos, or even to Aoi in specific. All OM juggle combos work better from opponent's back.
