Arcade sticks for VF5

Hey I just got the TE stick from madcatz with the Sanwa buttons and what not. I was wondering what the official equipment in a VF5 arcade is, what people here recommend using, and what their opinions of the TE stick for VF5 are?

 

When SEGA hopefully release VF5R they will release VF5R arcade sticks for PS3 and XBOX 360

 

thats not really the answer i was looking for...

 

And if they don't, just do what i did and make one...

TE's are great for VF they may have the Vewlix layout but the buttons you'll use for VF are the exacts same layout as on a real VF5 panel, plus they are Sanwa, which Sega use too.

 

cool thats good to know. i was wondering because i was doing dojo mode with Akira, and his K + G release G after 1 frame technique was so hard. to pull it off i had to barley touch the G button because of how sensitive the button was. If i actually depressed it all the way down that was like 5 frames.

 

<span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">I was using the Hori EX2, its a great stick for the price, but the TE comes with Sanwa buttons which VF Cabs use, i'm not sure what stick is used. but if you feel the need to go 'arcade perfect' its easily customizable, well i say easy, I wouldn't want to crack one open and pull the stick out at that price! but yeah good buy methinks</span>

 

It's all sanwa in the TEs. The mod is pretty easy.

that is beautiful; would be perfect for a half-cab or supergun.

op: there's basically three good retail arcade sticks; hori real arcade pro, madcatz te and virtua stick high grade. i would just get whichever one you can find for the cheapest that works for you right out of the box.
