I want my stick to be exactly straight. Any tips on how I can do that? The stick is a sanwa with 2 spots for screws. So I need to drill 2 holes like this: O-----O

I'm guessing you're drilling into a wood surface. Here are some solutions:

    1) Make sure your surface is level and use a drill with built-in level meters so you know you're going in straight.

    2) If you don't have a drill with level meters, use a regular drill and practice on other things.

    3) Use a drill press

    4) Hire a professional that can drill straight.

Note: if your stick mounting surface is flat on top and bottom, there is some margin for error when it comes to making a perpendicular hole. The thicker the surface, the more precise you need to be.

Note: If you're talking about straight as in "not rotated so left and right are true left and right", use a ruler and mark where you need to drill. use the screw holes in the stick as a template. If you can't get a pencil through the hole - get some mechanical pencil lead and mark with that.

I mean straight as in not rotated. It's no wood, its 1-2mm sheet metal. I think I got it somehow straight with a coterie and ruler. I really hope it is straight X_X
