DC Metro Area - Virtua Fighter 5 Gathering

Hey everyone. I went and got myself a PS3 and pre-ordered VF5 so it should be here sometime this week. I was thinking about having a gathering this weekend if anyone is interested. Only thing is I only have one PS3 stick, so if possible you might want to buy one for yourself (cheaper than getting the entire setup, eh?) and bring it to my place so it will be a bit more enjoyable for everyone. I might be getting one of those fancy high grade sticks later, but something about the 53 dollars in shipping costs put me off when I already had one.

Anyhow, before I go on a rant about this, let me know if you are interested in coming.

 

Sup I posted a thread looking for players in the Maryland area but like you did I should have included the DC Metro and Virgina. But any way. I am interested in getting some people together playing some games. Drop me an PM and I will give you my email address and maybe we can try and set something up. I am sure between you and I we know enough people that would be interested in setting a tourney or something.

YesSir, way cool although I won't be ready by this weekend, still don't have the game nor the PS3. I'll have everything by Saturday so maybe I can catch the next gathering, if there is to be another one. Don't want to make any assumptions. LOL!

Well, I will have the game and the PS3. Just need an extra stick (have one, waiting on the High Grade to get re-stocked so I can get a second), but it should definitely be ready by this weekend if you want to stop by.
