DR-VF Matches (Dominican Republic Virtua Fighter Team)

Hello Everyone:

My name is Miguel and I live in the Dominican Republic (where VF players average 1 per each 1,000,000 of the population /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif ).

We have a small team of people that really love this game and are willing to walk the extra mile to become good at it.

Our league is very small and we know that we still got a LONG WAY TO GO before becoming decent players.

The DR-VF Team members are:

Alucard: Akira
Shinobi: Kage
Magnusum: Wolf, Lei
BigJoe: Vanessa, Jeffry
Katsuya: Lion, Sarah
Xtyle: Shun
ShadowDevil: Goh

There are another two more players, but still not active enough to be called Team Members.

very entertaining stuff guys... keep up the good work. Honestly, I think you guys are really good and show lots of potential. Just need to iron out and make the basic stuff much tighter and your games will improve 10 folds. Do not get discourage, it's the basics that makes vf so hard. I am still trying to grasp it.

do you guys play tekken 5 and socal 3..from my understanding..people outside of japan hates vf.

Everyone here use pad but me. I am sorry, I am too old to learn to play in "Dual Shock". As I matter of fact, I hate the device.

I got a Hori Tekken 4 stick (that's my portable) and a Hori "Capcom Fighting Jam" RAP for home (I love this one).

Finally a couple of VF-Evo Sticks to practice with a super loose stick (like the one installed in this kind).

Shinobi is doing the switch!

Right now he is doing his homework on a Hori Tekken 5 stick ( /versus/images/graemlins/tear.gif American).

In the case of Alucard (our Akira Player), he is working for the guiness book for the title of the best Akira player on pad I believe.

/versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif Now really the man deserve some credit for building Akira on pad.

We are very happy with everybody's comment.

i understand your guy alucard, i too play on pad, goh and akira are my mains, all played in pad, im pretty good with akira, xcept i cant knee for the life of me hehehehe

my goh can do well both in stick and in pad, its easier with him i think, akira i really cant handle on a stick yet
