I'm not too sure looking at the command list, but is escaping Tsukami just pressing the same direction as the opponent? Is it pressing the same direction and guard?

You only need to press the direction button for escaping movements in Tsukami. It's "the same" direction, as in "if the opponent presses back, you do the same", however your back is of course the opposite direction to his back.

To put it easier, he goes left, you press right, he goes up, you press down, got it?
You press /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif to escape the push, that Goh can do with either /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif, or /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif. The escape methid is still the same: /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif

Lol... I suck at explaining such things /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

What size is the window for escapes from goh's tsukami?
How many directions possible to input(multiple(all 4?) directions of tsukami's escapes)?
