Eh what's up with Plague's Akira in those vids? He was missing a ton of combos off of Akira's b,f+P+G throw but it seemed more like input issues than timing issues to me. Were the sticks messed or something?

 

Heh - tournament nerves (97%) and cold air (3%). I love the cold - don't get me wrong. It appears not to have helped my game, though. I was using my own stick, so that wasn't it, either. Tournament nerves for sure... I was well-rested and confident until the second I sat down to fight. Then, "Oh shit, I'm going to fucking die right now."

I was so close with Chanchai, then I choked at the end! Oh wells it's cool to see how far I've gone in VF looking back to my old matches at Plagues house, Evo West, and today.
