Forums upgraded to UBB.threads 6.5

    VFDC forums have been upgraded to UBB.threads 6.5. Most of the changes in this version are under the hood, but you'll find a few new things around the place such as the Quick Reply feature.

    I'll be applying the finishing touches over time, but mostly everything works now. If you encounter any errors, let me know here.

    I hate to be the grinch but it seems to be a bit sluggish will the speed pick up over time ?

    I also got one sql error something about streaming
    Btw is their any advantage using UBB threads over vfdc's old forums ?

    Cool, I'm starting to like these quick reply features on forums now. My other forums I go to have these too. Saves a lot of time. Can't wait to see the other stuff!

    Only came across a full page of script when I logged on today but after 10 mins or so it went away so it's all good. Also where is the pic on top gone? all I see if the VFDC logo?

    Quick Question, what is the max amt of PMs one is allowed to keep? I just deleted like..200 over PMs...just to ensure I can still recieve new ones~ Rather pain experience, I might add kekeke

    The slowness, as always, is to do with the host and not with the upgraded forum. If anything, response times from the forum should have been improved.

    The dreaded sql errors of the max user connections can still occur though, again, due to the host setup.

    Not sure why you're not seeing the banner/logo graphic up top? Have you tried flushing your cache?

    I tried clearing my cache and I still see no pic :S

    Maybe it's my browser, I use a optimized firefox build. However I remember it doing it on the official version too.

    EDIT: Hmm, I opened up VFDC in IE and the picture appears. Weird.
