Fresh Posts Not Showing

    Occasionally I'll hit the forums and fresh posts will show on some topic in the main index but when I click on the topic the aforementioned post will be nowhere to be found. Usually when other posts are made they will pop up. It looks to happen when posts are moving to a second page this happens. I suppose if I switched to threaded mode the post might show up but I just thoughta that. How's the after midnight Akira going, Myke? /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif

    Seriously though, this has been a known issue with this forum software for the longest time now, and they still haven't fixed it. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it.

    When viewing in Flat mode, and there's more than one page, try using the "show all" feature which should reveal that elusive post. Otherwise, switching to Threaded mode also works.

    p.s. midnight akira is still meat ploughing away /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

    What I usually do is click on the direct link to the right of the thread. It produces what i want to see, but if there were plenty of other new user posts you may miss a few.

    That's the thing...this has happened even when I clicked on the direct link. No big deal or anything...switching to threaded mode did the trick.

    & yeah...me and the fellas need to hurry up and play somebody cause we're starting to really think we're the greatest ever.
