GOD has finally arrived(Metal Gear Solid 4 Baby!)

Yo 5395, I highly suggest you pick this game up, but there is A LOT of backstory, try to find a guide so you can play catch up, knowing the history between the different characters will definetly make for a more rewarding experience.

So crazy, following all the information all this time and it's almost out now.

I've been calling it the second coming of Christ at work lol. Even refer to the guide as the bible.

 

YesSir I am going to log some serious time with this one.

 

This game, in my opinion, is overrated and overhyped to the max because of PS3 fanboys. I rather play a game, not watch a game with too many 10-20 minute FMVs or cutscenes. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad.gif

Metal Gear is one of my all time fav's. Yeah it has it's ups and downs, but I love the series. Even admit that I like the cutscenes! Gonna pick up the LE edition at midnight (about an hour from now). I'm sure it'll live up to my expectations, since I'm sorta a fanboy already, haha.

The cool thing is I'm going to that San Fran Kojima signing event this Saturday, and get that sucker signed!! Since I'm going to a soccer match (LA Galaxy vs. San Jose Earthquakes), which will be in Oakland; I'll be around that area so decided to get in on that opportunity. Anyone other VF players going to that?

 

Alot of people know what they're getting when purchase a Metal Gear Solid title. Story. I don't care what media is on, a good story, is a good story, no matter what media is on. Books, Films, Comic Books or Video Games for that matter. MGS4(I have the title now) Is what "Next Gen" is. The transmission from cut scene to real-time is the best you ever seen in video games. Soon, other developers would follow what Metal Gear Solid 4 has started, just like Resident Evil 4(Gears War, Dark Sector, Cold Fear and among others.
I don't mind your opinion, but your replies comes off like your "Trolling"(Remarks on your previous post)And Tony Famila, pointed that out to you. If you don't like something, but more detail about on what aspects you don't like about the game. Be easy, that's all.

DAMN DAMN DAMN... But hey, toni has a point, if you honestly think Metal gear is all about cut scenes you haven't really played all the games and just heard people on the net. The series is hella fun to play.
