I haven't been able to find an arcade unit to try, but with respect to VF5b & VF5c; the 360 version will have approximated gamma correction at best.

This article compares gamma correction on the PC to the 360 in HL2.

The 360 hardware doesn't support accurate gamma correction that is present using hardware acceleration in the PC, Arcade cabinet and PS3 graphics cards, and I noticed this straight away when I first got my 360 & VF5c and calibrated the screen for the 360.

I would also say from visual inspection, that the 360 version has less geometry on screen(triangles/quads) than the PS3 version, similar to Split Second Velocity and Bayonetta; but this is hardly noticeable, like the aliasing on the PS3.

The GPU in the arcade units is quite similar to the RSX, so I'd assume there is more geometry in the arcade version because of optimisations(in the models) that have freed up some vertex processing, but I doubt it will look significantly better than either the 360 or PS3 versions, which are both excellent for your platform of choice.

I haven't noticed that, so it is possibly a difference in TVs, unless you are also seeing it that way on top-end old-school PC displays.
