I hope this subject is not inappropriate for this board.
Are they usually slow to ship out items?
I made a purchase of Sanwa joysticks and buttons about three weeks ago and still haven't received the goods. And they are not responding to my emails either. Has anyone on this board had a similar experiences?

Thanks for the reply. I will wait around a couple more weeks. I had thought that Himuragames.com were a reputable seller of import joystick parts but now I am starting to have a second thought.

I just wanted to let the members of VFDC know that the joystick and buttons have arrived in an excellent condition.

For those of you who are interested, I've finally got around to make my own custom joystick with sanwa parts.
Thank you, Catch22, for your awesome guide on building custom joysticks!

    Thanks.
I was lucky to find a 1/8" thick aluminum panel sitting around at my work. The aluminum panel was stiff enough to elminate the need of support structures for the joystick assembly.
