how do you backstagger???

i play with lei fei and ive been beating the computers easily but i cant backstaggerhow do u do this???!?!?

 

You will have to get your opponent to be in a head towards, face down position. Lei has tons of crumples that u can use to get your opponent in a head towards, face down position. Hit them a few times as they fall to the ground. If they techroll from head towards face down, there will be a small window where they will expose their back. This is where u can land a backstagger.

A simple backstagger setup would be: + (causes head crumple, opponent is head towards face down position) - + - (they TR) - [DM]+ (time it for backstagger) then go from there.

There's a lot of lei fei stuff but some of it doesn't work anymore in evo (like the u+K,K combo).

Still, lei fei is the easiest backstagger setup character in the game, and jeffry's able to do it easily too with his f,f+P. Good luck.

 

thx alot creed and akira-zero i thought yur instant death guide was just a regular tech role but it never worked so i gave up but now i no i have to knock him down a different way i can do it thx alot
