How to punish low punch spammers?

Just wondering if anyone here had any really good tactics or fav moves to use on low-intelligence low-punch spam artists?

 

We already have a abudance of low punch threads(not to sound rude) I would love to link you to one, but the PS3 web-browser doesn't allow me to copy and paste Put it like this, If your using a character that has low couters, use it. If your character has a defensive move(if you don't know what that is, is when you tap up, then Punch+Kick) That has a attack(Wolf has throw)use it. crouch dashing is a other option as well, then punish them with a mid kick(Thx to Ice-9 for the tip a while back) Go to dojo mode and set the Cpu to counter hit number 4( I Belive) and set the CPU to crouch, and practice the things I mention.

 

it's generally a bad idea to low punch on shun. I use shun as my main and when people spam low punch, or use low attacks often, I generally use /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/u.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif and then /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif to net 4 drinks. If I have low health, or they have low health and I want to do deal more damage, I will use /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif after the initial /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/u.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif.

/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif is another move that will jump over low punches and attacks mid. Holding down /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif Will also get shun into his Chou Ka Rou stance, from which you have a wide variety of options.

Their are plenty of other ways to dispose of low punchers, but these are just a couple of effected ways to punish these players. Now practice!

-/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif is safe on block unlike /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/u.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+ /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif
-/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif won't beat 2p when shun is at a disadvantage you must be at least +1/+2 iirc if you want to beat 2P whereas you can beat it even at large disadvantage with /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/u.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+ /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif.

So you have to use them according to the situation.

When you find your opponent is spamming /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif, just crouch dash back (i.e /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif) a little and do /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d_.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif from the crouching position, or you can crouch guard their first /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif and then do /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d_.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif immediately. It's likely you will get a counter hit with /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d_.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif which causes the opponent to stomach crumble, after that you can follow with /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif for good free damage.
