How to set up Kanpo K (staggering knee attack)

Can someone with some Lion abilities tell me how they like to setup Kanpo>/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif???

I've had some luck with Kanpo> /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif but I've only landed the knee from kanpo stance ONE TIME! It's such a cool move and gives a nice combo opportunity but I can NEVER land it. I either get low punched out of the stance too quickly or hit with a standing punch that I could have reversed had I done the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif follow up.

I was wondering which Kanpo-entering-move you would use when you want to do the knee follow instead of the punch?

I believe the one other way to get into Kanpo stance is:
/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif> /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif> /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif
but I don't think I've ever actually gone into it this way as I liked the second /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif that side turns so I just do that.

I'm having a lot of trouble utilizing the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif (knee) option from Kanpo stance and I would love a few pointers...
