How to win against spammers/blockers?

Hi I’m new to Lau and having problems with spammers/blockers. Spammers mostly being people on XBL where they keep doing the same combo over and over with out a break. Blockers in quest mode and XBL. So please what moves could help me with both of these problems?

    Thanks

Against people who block too much, use throws.

Against people using repetitive moves/combos, there isn't really a guaranteed solution, it depends which combo they're using. That said, lots of people who do that are using linear attacks, so try evading. And lots of players you see online, like most lei-feis, are using repetitive moves that aren't actually combos... that is, you can probably hit them with a low punch or some other fast move in the middle of what looks like a continuous attack string... it just takes practice to start learning when it's possible to interrupt people like that.

If they're just using PPP variations, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif owns them.

Evade is probably your best option -- other stylish alternatives:

    - if they are spamming high punch strings, use Lau's sabaki 46P+K. On crumple you can net a highly damaging combo (2P+K > P4PP)

    - 6P+K goes under highs and creates a stomach crumple on counter

The neat thing about people spamming one or two attacks, is that once you figure out a way around those moves, they'll just start blocking for days. Lau's throw game is good, but it doesn't really matter for this example, since those kinds of players aren't breaking throws anyway.

I just played a disconnecting Akira who was spamming the heck outta a few of his basic moves. After a round of his nonsense I just:

/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/ub.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif when the round started (you must do the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif part for a one frame advantage that I believe really helps in these situations)

    Then I /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/uf.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif - wash, rinse, repeat!

I assure you this will nearly always cause a lame player to disconnect at the end of the first Excellent [/size]round you do to him.
