Hyper Street Fighter 15th anniversary

It also came out today on PS2.
I got the special package which includes a gamest DVD which I din't have yet the time to watch, a booklet, a strap and a mouse pad.

The game is total rehash from start to finish. The only new thing in there would be the new logo and that's it!
Typical of Capcom unfortunately...
The game plays as I remember it though. You first choose which version of the game, and that then limits your choice of characters, e.g. if you chose normal (World warriors) you can only select from the original 8 characters and not even the bosses. I was hoping you could play the computer versions of the bosses even if unbalanced (Sagat, for example, had no throw but his tiger uppercut hurt a lot, etc.)
There is not much more to say really.
You can chose the musics from CPSI, CPSII and arrange.
This is typical of Capcom's laziness, they did the minimum that they could get away with. Nonetheless, I can't say that I was really expecting more...
A shame they didn't put more efforts into it like Sega has done with VF 10th anniversary.
They could have included a new 'hyper' version of all the characters with redrawn sprites (keeping roughly the same proportions to avoid having any problems with the impacts of hits) for exemple and a few tweaks. But that seems too much too ask of them...
It's still an interesting buy for fans since it allows you to mix different versions of the game. The world warriors versions for exemple stun you in 3 hits comboes.
