I just bought VF4:Evo and I was wondering...

...what the heck arethose spheres on top of your health bar supposed to do?I have four of them with Kage and Two with Goh.Also,do the colors of the spheres matter?

 

Sorry to give you the boring answer, but try a search for spheres. You'll find it right away. Collect them all for a good item, basically.

When you collect all the 7 orbs, you will get an item for it.
The orb items tend to be really good because it takes a long time to acquire all 7 of them.

To get the orbs you have to play in Quest mode, and then you will face other players who have the orbs in random order.
