dude, no offence but you seriously need a new layout =P... and banner... the banner is horrible. =D... worse than the one up there^^^^ no offence. if you used paint... ok, id understand but if you used something like photoshop, shame on you =P. theres no color co-ordination or structure to your layout. well, ok, some structure but its too damn conservative. nothing wong with that but nothing to brag about either.

consider this constructive criticism btw =P

check my one-page(lmao) site out too if u want: asianavenue.
its a little crappy since i HAVE to stick to their stupid asianavenue layout... and im limited the amount of space i can write the code in, leaving me with not enough space to add little decorations *sigh. not saying its better but it might help with ideas...

and there's another site by my friends' friend =P: alpha-romeo <----... this guy makes nice layouts and banners.
he has photoshop tho... it's not fair =( !!

 

not a bad looking site but not the worst. Not too sure about the banner either. Get a colour theme, preferably shades of blue and white since the site's name is "Icy" realm.
Content is too crowded together. Spread them out a lil. Apart from that it's good.
