Idealistic controller config for vf5?

Hey guys, I apologize if this is an extremely stupid thread but im a bit at a loss here. I no longer have an arcade stick to play with, Which sucks very much because no one around me knows how to fix arcade sticks and I dont exactly have the cash to go and buy one (Damn bills) So for anyone who uses the xbox 360 pad(OMG THIS THING SUCKS) could you give me an idea of what config you use to play this game?

 

Back when I didn't have a XO stick yet I used X, Y, B as G, P, K respectively. Played with 3 fingers. That's it.

 

X=P, A=G, Y=K, coming from someone using the pad for a while now, hope this helps. Also you can assign a techroll button for B if you wish.

 

How do you map /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif//forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/u.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif to a single button?

 

You can assign P+K+G, but it's up to you to press up or down as your falling on the D-Pad.

 

Mine is:

punch - X
kick - B
guard - A
pkg - Y
p+k - RB
k+g - RT
p+g - LR & RT

...and i play with the analog stick (or at least what's left of it /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazy.gif )

 

I too used to play on the analog stick when using the 360 controller.

L2- /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif (layouting throws on left shifts aside with D-pad is more ergonomic for multiple-throwescaping, i think)
