Hi, I came across this song. This guy is known for covering game songs esp VF songs. Am wondering if this is a VF song?

it's very similar but it isn't a song of vf. It doesn't come from the anime or games.

Anyway is this a VF song, some say it sounds like the Akira theme, I dont know.

no it's not Akira's song. I'm fairly sure it's not a VF song but I don't know all the VF1 songs and VF3 songs all that well, But I could say it sound influenced by akira's song cuz there are reminisces of it in there. Just some stolen chord progressions.

 

The comments say it's Akira's VF2 theme. Sounds way different.

I'm sure this is NOT an akira's song from vf1 and vf2. I have the games for pc and i can hear the bgm in a normal cd player.

 

Might be from arcade version then.

That Hero songs rhythm part does kinda sound like the Akira theme. However I have tralled through all of the VF OST and none of them have a backing track that is over 7 minutes long.

 

Maybe the Fighters Megamix version?

 

well from what i know, i can say so far about about the last two links, ones the rearrangement and the other is the orginal.the rearrangement plays in Virtua Quest when facing Akira.but i like the cover the dude did. ^_^
