Japanese and American Scene

In VFDC's general opinion, who are the top VF players in Japan? Also, how is the scene here? Any big names?

Africanmadman is top US player, Lemmyisthegame is top european. In japan it's probably JCblack,or possibly Masterpo.

Hopefully you apply my advice to my post. Africanmadman is not a top player. That was something you shouldn't take seriously.

Its going to be hard getting a straight answer about the top US & Euro players. Partly because its a matter of opinion, and the other part is the awkward act of naming names (and leaving out others).

top Japanese players are Fuudo, Chibita, homestay, joseph. Lots more. that's just what I've got off the top of my head.

 

...I get it, these AREN'T the top players! You can't fool me.

Seriously though, who would be the consensus Goh player in the world?

 

Top Goh player is probably Jaga

 

BEST GUY IN JAPAN. SOME ZITFACED PUNK. BEST GUY IN US ONLINE. MIKE LITORIS. ALL I KNOW IS HE LIVES DOWN SOUTH. HAS A MUSTACHE.

Best players are chief_flash, denkai, adam of teh yuki's, konjou akira, myke and of course me.

 

Best overall US player at the moment hands down is Denkai. Lucky GT and adamYUKI (although he hasn't played much in the past year or so) are right behind him. While I may be a good player I don't belong on that list.

For Japan it's hard to pin point who is the overall best player. It's probably better if you asked who is the best per character.

 

If you wanna go top tier Rodney's answer is pretty much it. Denkai's travel and persistence has made him too well rounded for people to handle consistently, and Lucky GT's studious approach of the game shows in his play. Adam is Adam. You can never count him out.

Edit: Oh and Rodney shut up. You're up there as well. I know you're a modest guy, but I'll vouch for you because you never go away. Your defense is still among of the best players in the states.

Seriously though I like to use "Top players" because anyone of them can get hot and turn it up.

Ahh you guys misunderstood me. I was just asking for a general consensus. I don't want to know who is the absolute top player. Just those who are good, because I'm new to the scene.

 

I'm pretty awesome when I don't get frustrated to hel and pay attention if I do say so myself.
