   can someone kindly point me in the direction of a list of items that exsist in japanese games but not in american? (ver c vf4)
   
   i simply would like to know if some of the lion items im looking for are in vain

   I don't believe such a lists exists. From memory though, I think the US version actually has more items than the JP version.
   
   I sincerely hope you aren't losing any sleep over an item you can't find.
