Japanese movelist notation?

    I was wondering with the numerical system they use for movelists ie f,f+k being 6,6+k. How do you imply the difference between taps and hold as there are no lower case numbers? Any help you guys could lend would be much appreiciated.

    df,DF would be something like this: 3,3_. _ notes hold.
