Lei Fei Combo Video (VF4)

I found this video that shows a large list of Combos that Lei Fei uses. It helped me a great deal.

Even in Virtua Fighter 5, i can still pull them off. So, yeah, use it for your advantage.

I would totally make vids if I knew how people make them. Is it cheap to get the right equipment?

 

You can get a cheap capture device for like $60 at radio shack or major electronics store.

Most new computers come standard with them nowadays.

 

I just ask for a capture device, like that's what it's called?

 

That was a no mercy combo. I sure would hate to get caught in the middle of it. I wonder... is it possible? (It sure is!)

Yup it certainly is possible in a match. I did a few of 'em last night on some Player matches. You just gotta hide your intentions and make them think it's safe to tech.

Like say, after a head crumple or vital area crumple, doing 9K+G instead of the usual 66K. People think that Lei can't go for the backstagger combo because it's not the usual setup hit. You just gotta be fast going into Hai Shiki (2P+K+G) then arrow punch (P+K). 9K+G helps with the timing for the arrow punch backstagger because you don't have to wait. As soon as you go into stance and press P+K it will cause the special hit.

Something I like to do after stomach crumple is:

2P (rebounce) - hai shiki P, P+K (they tech )- 66 (helps with timing) - hai shiki P+K - then go from there.

Man, coz, numbers, social ruin, anyone else who used lei fei on evo:
Don't you miss that all white monk with silver circlet and/or heaven cap?
and i really wish we still had that 2p outfit.
for that matter, it pisses me off that i can't edit the supplice and robes seperately, maybe i don't want black and white, or yellow and brown or there predesigned color pallets, cramping my style.

Nice video. Its much harder to time the backstagger techtraps in VF5 than it was in VF4 I think.
edit: or more accurately, scoring another backstagger after the arrow punch doesnt seem possible, because opponents turn around and there will be just a normal hit in VF5.
