Hi, I am having some trouble consistently pulling off lions [6],[1] [P]+[G] then [P][P][P] move (Evo only). What is the timing for this as pounding the punch button doesnt seem to pull it off either. Thanks.

there is very very very slight delays inbetween [P][P][P]
even the first [P] must be delayed. After that its all rhythm. Practice it a lot and the timing will become 2nd nature to you.

I too have problem pulling off the [6][1][P]+[G],[P][P][P] moves...

I tried various timing; continuous input, pausing on the first [P], pausing in-between the [P]s, but somehow just couldn't get the damn [P][P][P] out /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif.

Is there any specific critieria to meet or perhaps certain animation frame to look out for?...Like Akira's [2_][6]+[P][P]?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The timing is like a hit-throw. You need to enter the next [P] while the current [P] is just hitting.

In training mode, go to the display options and turn on the motion display. Perform the throw and just a single [P]. You'll see the coloured bars indicating the [P]'s execution time (blue) and hit time (yellow). Enter the next [P] as soon as the hit time is starting -- that is as soon as the blue bar runs out and goes into the yellow bar. Try it with slow motion on at first to get a feel for it, then try at normal speed.

Ok, I guess I’ll have to keep a close watch on each P animations before hitting the next. I’ll try that tonight.

    And sorry that I didn’t mentioned I don’t have a PS2. I play in the arcades only.

    Thanks Myke.

    Cheers.
