Message for L.A. Group...

We need to start planning for the future Tournaments at A.I. and the tournament in Texas,
So far it seems like the 1st Saturday of March (the 1st) is the tentative date for the next tournament at A.I. . We need to start thinking about this and finalize how it will work. So that we can try and get more people involved.
Also we should have some type of home gathering when VF Evo is released on the PS2. Which is basically a week before the tournament in Texas.
For Texas it looks like seven people that I know are going to make the trip. These include Talis, Catherine, Cam,Aim,Alex,Sean, and myself.I remember Spotlite saying he would most likely fly, But the seven of us are planning a mid country road trip to the event. I have no idea if Mike, David,Joey, or Andy are planning to go. If you are going do you have your own plans on getting there.
Anyways tuesday was great... It seems like the only person that had trouble getting there will be David. It seems like David can go Saturdays, but Spot can't. Spot can make tuesdays but David can't. Tuesdays are better for me and if I don't have any other plans Saturday is good to. We need to be a little more vocal so that we can plan something.

 

hiya brisal, you're right, and Amy and I were just saying to each other that we should start planning the March 1st tourney. I think that date is good - if people that are interested in playing in the tournament have a problem with that date, they should let me or aim know ASAP. So that's in the works.

I spoke to Talis today and confirmed with him that Amy and I are still on for Texas as well.

tournament is not to good for me as of right now, because i don't want to ask for to much time off. I would rather make sure I go to Texas anyways. As it stands I get off at 6pm on Saturdays

 

Any day for the tournament is fine with me. As for TiT if I go Ill probably fly. I cant take 20+ hours in the car.

 

me and sean should be on board with talis's group for TIT5 unless we can scrap a large amount of money soon which is doubtful. So 24 hours in the Van it is =P.

One thing to note about AI, if we're going to continue to have tournaments there, we're going to need a version B upgrade for sure. And maybe replacement sticks. The one on the left seems like itll go out sooner or later. Hopefully itll be all in working order by march 1st. And we need version b after march 1st to keep in sync with the console version.
