MLG or Summer Jam?

I'm unsure if this is appropiate, but I want to see what event folks will be hitting since they're both confirmed.

I'm kinda undecided, I am hitting one definitely, but it's a last minute decision- hoping folks can influence me.

 

I'm inclined to go to SummerJam. Philly is closer to NYC and I know plenty of friends that will be there even if not for VF. MLG starts on a Friday and I can't get that day off.

You live in NC right, I think hitting MLG would be the best choice for you.

 

I'm doing Philly mainly cuz it's closer and I like the drive. Just long enough but so far that I need to take too many breaks. I'd do MLG if I was as close as you are Alstein. I'm also expecting a larger turnout for summerjam and a ton of casuals.

 

That's what I'm doing, even if I'm eating the plane ticket cost (wasn't that bad , but still annoying)

I'm sure both events will be good for VF players- it just sucks we're going to have a split playerbase when we're not really big enough to have a split playerbase, and we're only going to get 5 locals at MLG for VF.

 

i'd say go to which ever is closer. supporting vf period where it is featured is more important than choosing one event over the other.
