Moves that dont throw clash with Akira

    Just the low ones? What about the double handed moves likes [3][3][4][6][P] and [4][6] [P]+[K]? Do shoulder class attacks clash?

    There is no attack class that by nature doesn't clash.

    Akira is raped when it comes to beating clash, I'm afraid.

    look at this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8m2zKoRkDpc at 3.57, akira's knee goes right through a throw.. after being at neg-6. knee looks like it can go through a throw at small disadv.. unless that goh playr delayed that throw.I tested out df PK and it doesnt throw clash.. much like goh's 43 P or 9K+G. I would do a should ram with goh (-9), into 43 P or 9K+G to go right through a throw.. at -7 - 11 u cannot duck.. but 43 P with goh would work.. so it work the same with akira's 3P+k at -9 i would think.

    In that above situation, it was about a trap and me knowing my opponent very well. I did Akiras [​IMG][6][P]~[P] which is -6 on block and therefore fuzzy guardable. Combolammas knew I always fuzzy after that move. One of the things he is good at is delaying a throw on the other hand. I knew he was going to delay it. Therefore I used instant knee to bust the attempt.
    Had it been immediate throw the knee would have clashed.

    There is more to throw clash than just clashing whenever there is disadvantage. Whether the clash happens depends on how big the disadvantage is and how slow/fast move you are attempting. In -5 you can still use 14-frame attack to beat clash. This means that for example [6][6][P] (blocked) -> [4][6][P] wont clash. In -6 you can use [P][K] to beat clash. In bigger disadv, only Akiras moves that dont cause throw clash with high throws are the ones I listed.

    Regarding Jenerics post: its not possible to tell from the movelist whether something clashes or not. It depends on the animation of the move. Moves that never clash with high throws have a property in their animation that from the first frame they are considered either airborne, back-turned or crouching. Akiras listed moves belong to the last category.

    note: low attacks clash with low throws.
