Netcode Issue (Finding the Same People In Ranked All The Time)

I do think the match making in rank is still somewhat buggy, on and off. I was randomly matched with a person on my friend list that had full green. After the match, we both went back into rank and did not get match up again, but I get matched up with connections that were 2 bars or less before we both stopped looking for matches on rank.

As for running into the same people over and over again...I think that was something that was common before the patch?

 

It's a issue since release and I hope they fix it soon. Outside of the player to player experience in game even the stuff around it like this needs to be solid. A slight solution has been to set the connections to 'any'. This seems to allow some connections to the excluded green bars but sometimes it'll insistently only match you with red connections.

 

Setting it to "Any" helped greatly at match making during rank. 2-3 weeks ago I set it at "Good" or "Best" and only got matched 4 times in an hour. Only 1 connection was full green. Friend suggested changing to "Any" and I was getting more matches. Though there are more reds and oranges, you can at least decline them since the patch that fixed that "always green" bug at launch.
