Yeah, it happens at around ~0:49, and it doesn't knock down !
I have no idea how this happened!
On the other hand, this video has been added in September 2006. My guess is that it's from ver.A, in which Pak Sao might not be a knock down move yet, just like in VF4 Evo. Anyone can confirm that?

Several moves were taken out of version A when B rolled around. I know Goh lost one of his stamping throws that he had in Evo and then in A, but it hasn't been seen since.

I've seen vanessa do /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif from DS in a Ver.A location test vid so it wouldn't be a big surprise if there were other gameplay changes from version A to version B.

I remember earlier versions of VF5 had Jacky's pak sao not knocking down, but I was never sure on the condition, or if Jacky to control it.

From the youtube info, it says it was an Otenami Haiken 5 qualifier. IIRC, the qualifiers were held around mid to late 2006, with the finals in November. Maybe that match was on an older version?

I really can't explain it otherwise.

This had to be version A cause Jacky lost a cheap 2 piece combo after A. Pak Sao Look kinda sweet that way But sega changed it for a reason.
