1. Hey Guest, looking for Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown content? Rest assured that the game is identical to Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown so all current resources on here such as Command Lists with frame data, Combo Lists and the Wiki still apply. However, you can expect some VF5US specific changes to come soon!

I'm so happy to share this!! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbs_up.gif
Maybe most of you already know this software, but it has been updated recently and now the features run perfect!!

You can enjoy all the media from your computer through streaming and it supports DTS / DTS-HD too!! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
However, you probably need at least duo core to run this program smoothly. For me, my ps3 is wireless and I only can watch 720P coz my computer isn't strong enough to afford 1080P resource. In fact, my dream was to buy a HTPC in order to enjoy all the HD movies I have, but right now I believe PS3 can do much further than I expect. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbs_up.gif

You guys have to try this!!! Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

I still prefer to demux files (split the audio and video) and then convert them to PS3 friendly formats and file sizes.

My computer can barely handle transcoding mastroka files to my PS3 through a media server.

Shag, this one is much better than TVersity!!

There's still some restriction on TVersity, such as subtitle issue and different format videos are not allowed.
Basically "PS3 media server" runs perfect if your computer is strong enough!! I realize that some people would like to build a set HTPC near their TVs for high quality videos. PS3 is not only the cheapest BD player but also one amazing tool on the living room.

The biggest problem is what you download from the internet is not exactly 720p or 1080p, which means you need to convert them a long long time...... One more important thing is I really need subtitles for the movies, such as English, Chinese, and Japanese. That will extend the time to convert the file into picture pattern instead of just a small word file.

All I can say is "ps3 media server" can help us to save huge time, and I believe it will be getting better in the future coz the market needs it.

I currently use TVersity too and since this might be better I'll give it a try.
