I've been towing my PS3 around and as a result scratches have appeared all over the thing. Anyone know if there is a solution or certain wax to remove scratches?

I've been doing the same thing and have noticed the same affect. I think the best thing to do would be to check with sony and see if they have anything that would fix the problem.

Do you think a simple wax would do the trick? I really dont feel like calling up sony because honestly I think they wont have a clue.

A quick google searched revealed what looks like a useful comment on the following page:

    He doesn't give you choice.

Depending on the situation, you must use a certain product:

Glossy plastic finish: Novus Fine Scratch Remover (plastic polish) and a microfiber cloth

Painted black glossy surface: M Perfect-It final glaze (with a microfiber cloth again)

Painted black glossy surface with deep scratches: 3M Finesse-It-II (with a microfiber cloth).

I think we might have to order online some where. I'm going to check local hobby shop and body detail places.
